My Business Philosophy
Have you ever had a salesperson try to sell you something you did not really need or were not ready to buy? It has happened to all of us. To make things worse, many salespeople will not listen to you carefully and assume they understand your needs before you have a chance to explain what your goals are.
In the words of Steven Covey, “ I will seek first to understand, and then to be understood ”. I will not try to “prescribe” to you before having a complete diagnosis of your situation.
I will seek agreements that are mutually beneficial. If we are unable to have a "win/win" situation, I will accept the fact that "no sale" may be the best alternative. Earning a fee for my services is very important to me, but not at the cost of ruining my relationship with you or having my reputation tarnished.
I will proceed at your pace – not mine. I will never rush your timetable or try to "sell you" anything. My goal is to become your trusted advisor.
If you have ever had your privacy invaded, you may be hesitant to provide me with valid information about yourself when signing up for a service.
My policy is to protect your privacy. I will always contact you with discretion and will never rent, trade, or sell your postal or e-mail address or your phone numbers. Your contact information is NEVER made available to anyone - PERIOD. Your confidentiality is absolutely guaranteed.
All I ask is that you let me know WHAT services you want and WHEN you want them. That is EXACTLY what you will get from me. By being forthright and open when ordering information materials or registering for one of my services, you will help me better understand your situation, your timetable, and when I should follow up with you.
Giving me false or incomplete information will only result in a lack of mutual trust and in your not receiving the help you want and need. In other words, I will respect your integrity and will expect the same from you.
